Shipping Policy
By processing your payment and finalising your order, you accept the following terms and conditions regarding the
shipping of your order.
- Orders placed after 1pm AEST on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday will be shipped the following business day.
- Orders placed before 1pm AEST on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday will be shipped same day. Some exceptions apply: during sale periods, public holidays or unforeseen shop closures.

Standard Shipping - Spend $200.00+ AUD - COST = $0.00
Express Shipping -Â Australia Wide - All Orders - COST =Â $25.00
Bulky Items Shipping - Australia Wide - Shoes and Rugs extra
Shipping Service
All orders are shipped with Australia Post. Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been shipped. Please note we have NO control over the delivery time once your package has been shipped.
Loss, Damage & Delivery Delays
If your parcel has not arrived after 7 days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at sales@flindersrural.com.au and we will launch an enquiry on your behalf with the Australia Post or relevant shipping service.
If your parcel has arrived damaged, and the contents missing or damaged please contact us at sales@flindersrural.com.au including photos and we will endeavour to rectify the issue.
In the case where Authority to Leave (no signature on delivery) has been advised and your delivery shows as delivered, Flinders Rural and the shipping company are removed of all responsibility, as the buyer has opted for a non-secure delivery method.
